Shipping Policy for Level Up Infinite

At Level Up Infinite, we aim to provide a seamless and efficient shopping experience for all our customers. Below is our Shipping Policy, which outlines how we process, deliver, and handle orders placed on our website.

1. Shipping Regions

We currently offer shipping services to customers within Bangladesh and internationally (to selected countries). Shipping fees and delivery times vary depending on the destination.

  • Domestic (Bangladesh): We deliver to Dhaka, Chittagong, Sylhet, Feni, Cumilla, Rajshahi, Khulna, Barisal, Rangpur, and other major cities and towns.
  • International: We offer international shipping to selected countries. Please check the availability of international shipping during checkout.

2. Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Custom Orders: For custom or personalized orders, the processing time may vary. We will provide an estimated delivery date at the time of order confirmation.
  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is confirmed, you will receive an email with your order details and estimated shipping date.

Note: Orders placed on weekends or holidays may take additional time to process.

3. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated based on the size, weight, and destination of your order. Shipping costs will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed. We offer the following shipping options:

  • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 3-7 business days (within Bangladesh)
  • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 1-3 business days (within Bangladesh)
  • International Shipping: Estimated delivery time: 7-14 business days (depending on the destination country)

Free Shipping:

  • Domestic Orders: We offer free standard shipping on orders above BDT 5,000 within Bangladesh.
  • International Orders: Free international shipping on orders above USD 200 (terms and conditions may apply based on the destination).

4. Delivery Times

  • Domestic Delivery: The delivery time for domestic orders typically ranges from 2-7 business days depending on the destination within Bangladesh.
  • International Delivery: Delivery times for international orders can vary depending on the destination country and local customs procedures, but are typically 7-14 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and can be impacted by factors such as weather conditions, holidays, and third-party courier delays.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email or SMS with a tracking number. You can track your shipment through the respective courier's website.

For domestic orders, we primarily use courier services like Sundarban Courier, Pathao, or Genex Logistics.

For international orders, we partner with global couriers like DHL, FedEx, or Aramex, depending on the destination.

6. Delivery Issues

If your order is delayed, lost, or damaged during shipping, please contact us immediately at contact@levelupinfinite.com or call our customer service team at +8801992850908. We will assist you in resolving the issue and ensure you receive your items as soon as possible.

Missing/Incorrect Items: In the rare case that you receive an incorrect or incomplete order, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will resolve the issue by either sending the missing items or issuing a refund.

7. Shipping Restrictions

  • Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We do not currently offer delivery to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a valid street address for your order.
  • Restricted Shipping Areas: Some remote or difficult-to-access areas may have restrictions on shipping. 

8. Import Duties and Taxes (International Orders)

For international orders, please note that import duties, taxes, and customs fees may be applicable depending on the country of delivery. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping fee, and are the responsibility of the recipient.

We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand any additional charges before placing your international order.

9. Shipping Damages and Returns

  • Damaged Goods: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please take a photo of the packaging and product and send it to us at contact@levelupinfinite.com within 7 days of receipt. We will process a replacement or refund after confirming the issue.
  • Wrong Item: If you received the wrong item, please notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will arrange for an exchange or refund.
