Level Up Infinite offers a variety of products and services through its 10 SBUs (Strategic Business Units). The products and services available may include, but are not limited to, clothing, accessories, tech products, entertainment, event packages, travel services, and custom orders.
- Product Availability: Product availability is subject to stock. We reserve the right to limit quantities and cancel orders at our discretion.
- Custom Orders: Custom or personalized orders are created based on your specifications. Please review our Custom Order Terms carefully before placing an order. Cancellation fees may apply.
- Prices: All prices are listed in local currency and are subject to change without notice. Taxes, shipping fees, and other charges may apply depending on your location.
6. Orders and Payment
By placing an order with Level Up Infinite, you agree to purchase the products or services listed in your order. You are responsible for providing accurate payment information, and you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total order amount, including taxes, fees, and shipping costs.
- Payment Methods: We accept major credit/debit cards, digital wallets, and other payment methods as listed on our payment page.
- Order Confirmation: After completing your order, you will receive an email confirming your purchase. This does not guarantee product availability.

7. Shipping and Delivery
- Shipping Methods: We offer various shipping methods, and the delivery time will depend on the selected shipping option and your location. Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout.
- International Shipping: Shipping outside of the local area may incur additional customs duties, taxes, and import fees, which are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds will be processed according to the terms outlined in our Refund Policy. A 2% chargeback fee will be applied to all refunded transactions to cover processing fees. Refunds may take up to 14 business days to reflect in your account, depending on your payment method.

- Use our services for any illegal, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose.
- Engage in activities that may disrupt or harm the functioning of our Site or services.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us directly to resolve the issue amicably. If a resolution cannot be reached, any disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of Bangladesh International Arbitration Centre (BIAC) and held in Dhaka, Bangladesh.
18. Severability
If any provision of these Terms of Service is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
19. Entire Agreement
These Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, Return/Exchange Policy, and other posted policies, constitute the entire agreement between you and Level Up Infinite regarding the use of our services.
